O'Reilly Auto Parts recognizes Forecast Products as 2008 VENDOR OF THE YEAR during its annual manager's conference held in Dallas, Texas on February 8, 2009. Present to accept the award was Jeff Olefson, President of Forecast Products, and Gary Allen, VP Sales. The award was presented to Forecast based on outstanding performance in the areas of product line support, customer service, product quality, order-fill rates and on-time delivery.

Forecast has acquired American Ignition Wire of Lakewood, Ohio. AIW produces application-specific wire sets as well as single leads for import and US vehicles.

In addition to purchasing American Ignition Wire of Lakewood, Ohio, Forecast has purchased Lucas Canadas Wire business. Both businesses have been relocated to Fort Lauderdale and are up and running. Call for more details.
